Tutorial 1: How To Register An Account
Step 1: Start Registration
Click Sign Up to begin. You can manually fill in the Recommender or click the Photo Gallery to scan the Recommender's QR code.
Step 2: Fill in Personal Information
Click Next to proceed. Enter your Real Name and Account Name, then click Verify Account Name to confirm availability.
Step 3: Set Password
Enter your Password and confirm it by re-entering in the confirmation field.
Step 4: Enter Phone Number
Select your country or region and enter your phone number where the account will be opened. Click Sign Up.
Step 5: OTP Verification
Click Get OTP to receive a verification code via SMS. Enter the OTP and select Proceed.
Step 6: Create Transaction Password
Click Next to set your transaction password. Enter your new password, then confirm it again.
Step 7: Complete Registration
Select Confirm. Your LUCKYTOWN PLUS account registration is now complete.
Tutorial 2: How To Top Up Bank Transfer
Step 1: Access Top Up
Click on Top Up from the main menu.
Step 2: Select Bank Transfer
Choose Bank Transfer as your deposit method.
Step 3: Enter Amount
Fill in the top up amount. Minimum is RM20, maximum is RM20,000. Click Next.
Step 4: Select Bank
Choose the bank you will use for the transfer. Click Agree and select Next.
Step 5: Copy Account Number
Copy the displayed account number and complete the bank transfer through your banking app.
Step 6: Upload Receipt
After completing the transfer, take a screenshot and click to upload the receipt photo. Click Next.
Step 7: Top Up Complete
Wait a few minutes. Your top up at LUCKYTOWN PLUS will be successful and funds will be credited.
Tutorial 3: Rapid Pay Instant Topup
Step 1: Access Top Up
Click Top Up from the main menu.
Step 2: Select Instant Top Up
Choose Instant Top Up as your deposit method.
Step 3: Choose RapidPay
Click on RapidPay from the available options.
Step 4: Enter Amount
Enter the top up amount. Minimum is RM20, maximum is RM5,000. Click Proceed.
Step 5: Confirm Amount
Check the top up amount displayed. Click Proceed to continue.
Step 6: Select Bank
Choose the bank where you want to make the transaction. Click Next.
Step 7: Enter Bank Login Details
Enter your bank username. Confirm your bank security image. Enter your bank password.
Step 8: Check Information
Review your top up information. Click Continue.
Step 9: Complete Transfer
Go to your personal banking app. Click Transfer. Wait for the bank to confirm the transaction.
Step 10: Top Up Complete
Your RapidPay top up at LUCKYTOWN PLUS is now complete.
Tutorial 4: TNG Duit Now Topup
Step 1: Access Top Up
Click Top Up from the main menu.
Step 2: Select Bank Transfer
Choose Bank Transfer as your deposit method.
Step 3: Enter Amount
Fill in the top up amount. Click Next.
Step 4: Select Bank
Choose the bank you will use for the transaction. Click I have read and agree, then click Next.
Step 5: Copy Account Number
Copy the account number displayed. Return to your Touch and Go app.
Step 6: Initiate Transfer in TNG
In Touch and Go app, click Transfer. Select Duit Now.
Step 7: Select Bank
Choose the bank you're transferring to from the e-wallet account options.
Step 8: Enter Payee Details
Click on the payee field. Select the bank. Paste the account number you copied from the platform.
Step 9: Confirm Bank Selection
Select the bank for funds transfer. Click Next step.
Step 10: Enter Amount and Instructions
Enter the deposit amount. In transfer instructions, fill in your personal game account ID.
Step 11: Confirm Transfer
Click to confirm the transfer. Enter the PIN code of your eWallet account.
Step 12: Complete Deposit
Complete the deposit in your TNG app. Take a screenshot of the receipt.
Step 13: Upload Receipt
Return to the LUCKYTOWN PLUS app. Upload the receipt photo.
Step 14: Top Up Complete
Once the receipt is uploaded, click Next. Your TNG Duit Now top up is complete.
Tutorial 5: Add Bank Account
Step 1: Access Personal Section
Click the bottom right corner of the home page. Select Personal.
Step 2: Go to Bank Account
Click on Bank Account.
Step 3: Add Bank Account
Select Add Bank Account.
Step 4: Choose Account Type
Select Personal Withdrawal Account.
Step 5: Enter Details
Enter your Account Name and Account Number.
Step 6: Agree to Terms
Click I have read and agree. Click Next.
Step 7: Enter Transaction PIN
Enter your transaction password, the 6-digit PIN.
Step 8: Account Added
Your bank account has been successfully added to LUCKYTOWN PLUS.
Step 9: Modifying Information
To modify or delete your bank account, click on the account. Note: For customer fund safety, withdrawals must be consistent with deposit account name to prevent fraud risk.
Step 10: Complete Modifications
After modifications, click Next to finish.
Tutorial 6: How to Change Transaction PIN
Step 1: Access Contacts
Click on the Contacts section.
Step 2: Select a Friend
Choose one of your friends from the contacts list.
Step 3: Select Transfer
Click on Transfer.
Step 4: Enter Small Amount
Enter 0.10 Malaysian Ringgits as the transfer amount.
Step 5: Access Forgot Password
Click Forgot Password on the PIN entry screen.
Step 6: Enter Phone Number
Enter your registered phone number.
Step 7: Get OTP
Click Get OTP to receive a verification code via SMS.
Step 8: Enter New PIN
After OTP verification, enter your new transaction password and confirm it by re-entering.
Step 9: Confirm Change
Click Next. Your transaction password has been changed successfully.
Tutorial 7: Real Name Verification
Step 1: Access Personal Section
Click Personal at the bottom right corner of the home page.
Step 2: Add Bank Account (If Needed)
If you haven't bound a bank account, select Bank Account. Click Add Bank Account.
Step 3: Enter Bank Details
Select your bank, enter the account name and account number. Click Read to agree. Enter your transaction password.
Step 4: Return to Settings
After adding the account, return to the main menu and click Settings.
Step 5: Select Real Name Verification
Choose Real Name Verification from the settings options.
Step 6: Select Bank Account
Click on the account name field and select the account you just added.
Step 7: Enter Real Name
Enter your real name. It must be exactly the same as your bank account name.
Step 8: Submit Request
Click Confirm. Your submission verification request will be completed within three working days.
Step 9: Verification Complete
Once approved, your real name verification at LUCKYTOWN PLUS is successfully bound.
